JX-HSD industrial fast rolling door is a door designed for the occasions where the isolation needs to be fast, efficient, safe and reliable in the logistics industry with frequent entry and exit, to replace the door curtain or air curtain.

Curtain:

The door curtain is 0.8-1.0MM thick high-density polyester fiber base fabric, the first color is yellow, orange, blue, white, gray, translucent yellow, etc. There is an integral perspective window in the middle, the height is from 1300-2100 (about), and the perspective video window is a fully transparent 1.5MM thick soft version. Equipped with an aluminum alloy rod, the wind resistance strength can reach grade 8 (special wind resistance requirements can be customized), and the bottom end is equipped with a weighted air barrier, which can be closely combined with various uneven ground.

Door frame and box cover material:

2.0mm high-quality cold-rolled steel structure (motor seat plate is 4.0mm), high-quality automobile paint spraying (or electrostatic powder coating process).

Safety device 1:

Infrared safety photoelectric, when falling, the object blocks the light and bounces to protect the person or object. When it is closing, if someone and logistics pass through to block the light, the safety photoelectric immediately passes through the control box, and the motor changes the direction of movement, and the door returns to the door. Above the top to ensure that people and logistics are not damaged.

Mechanical safety device (optional):

Automatic derailment system. Power unit: German LENZE (or NORD) motor, original reducer, three-phase 380V50HZ, IP55

0.75-1.5KV has temperature-sensitive relay motor protection, overload protection, rotary encoder limit.

control unit:

PLC Division programming control. The control box has the functions of up, down, and stop. The button switch is a low-voltage manual switch, which is safe and durable. The components are basically French Schneider. Or color special printed circuit board control box.

Frequency Control:

The opening and closing speed is adjustable from 06-15m/s, and both opening and closing are soft start.

Power failure emergency device:

Power outage manual rocker for easy opening or closing of the rolling door. Automatic door closing system: Standard configuration includes automatic door closing system (time adjustable).

Automatic door opening method:

There are double-sided ropes, remote control, geomagnetic ring induction, and radar as optional additional control methods.
