Adopt German continuous production line, one-time continuous foam molding of fluorine-free polyurethane.

The inner and outer plates are made of 0.5mm thick Baosteel galvanized color steel plate, the surface is treated with two layers of electrostatic polyester baking paint, and the thickness of the baking paint is not less than 28 microns. It can resist the sun, rain, and ultraviolet rays for many years, and can guarantee that it will not fade for more than 15 years.

The overall thickness of the door panel is ≥42mm, and the height of a single door panel is 500mm.

The door panels are double-folded and overlapped at the inner nails, with a thickness of more than 2mm, which is directly used to assemble stainless steel folds.

The fire rating of the door panel is B1.

Wind resistance load of door body: 50-75 kg/square meter (wind resistance bar is added if the width exceeds 5.5 meters).
